Why do I do what I do?

Because fitness unknowingly saved my life.

Like many, I had mental health and self-confidence issues throughout my teens and into my twenties. Fitness allowed me to keep my mental health in check during a time when mental health was not commonly talked about. Through my struggles with addiction and alcoholism, I have come to learn that your mental and physical health are intertwined and work hand-in-hand with one another.

The way I coach health and fitness is unique, because it integrates more than just the physical, but the emotional, mental, and overall well-being of an individual.

Whether you are just getting started on your health and fitness journey or are an experienced lifter, I am confident that I can guide you to becoming the best version of yourself.
