When I started working with Max, I was in a position where I had already begun to make training and nutrition a priority in my life; however, my lack of knowledge and experience was leading me to make decisions that were largely unsustainable in the long-term or actively inhibiting my progress and growth; and Max helped me recognize and change that.
The education, accountability, and compassion offered by Max is second to none, and has been one of the most influential factors in shifting my mindset from 'putting in work just to say I'd put in the work'-without really caring; to Max teaching me how to put effort and intention behind my actions to actively move myself towards my goals in all aspects of my life. The support and level of connection offered by Max goes way beyond what I think anybody could expect from an online coach, and because of that the improvements and progress you will see when you're willing to put in your side of the work, is so far reaching beyond just a scale number or surface level gratification offered by so many others.
In just 5 weeks with Max's guidance, I am working out less frequently, eating more food, and have made more marked improvements in both my weight/body composition and performance in the gym/strength as well as towards my mental health and prioritization of self-care than I did in 5 months of 'working hard' by myself. Not to mention, because of his programming, I am back to enjoying the gym and loving food (without guilt!!) again. Max is the perfect coach for those who are ready to help themselves and build lasting healthy habits, but that may need education and support in knowing how to do that.

Max is an excellent coach. He connects with you at your level so you don't feel awkward. He is very meticulous and detail oriented, making sure you're doing the exercises with the correct form- otherwise how else will you get the most out of it? He is kind, funny and understanding and seeks to develop your physical and mental health so you are healthy inside-out. I could go on, but honestly, if you're looking for a trainer that actually cares about you, Max is it.

“I have been struggling for awhile and sometimes you find a trainer who says things that just click. I have been struggling for awhile just trying to get by and have been neglecting my mental game. Max has been so supportive and has changed the game for me. My relationship with food has changed and it is now about eating what I enjoy to fuel my body instead of forcing a cookie cutter weight loss meal plan down my throat. The 2 days a week check ins are nice! Keeps me in check and I appreciate that he either says pick it up or great job here is feedback to improve. My relationship with food and exercise is now about fuel and energy instead of thinking I need to blend in with societal norms and be as skinny as possible.”

I worked with max for 12 weeks and it was absolutely amazing! Max is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever met. I’ve worked out for years before seeing Max and he still managed to teach me so much about not only fitness, but my mental well being also. He constructed a personal workout plan that suited me and the results I’ve seen have been incredible. I would recommend him to anyone. If I could give more stars I absolutely would.
